Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Right Choice Rentals. By placing an order, reserving equipment, or using our rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your booking.

1. Reservation & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability.
A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
Security deposits may be authorized or charged prior to delivery or pickup and refunded after inspection of returned items.

2. Rental Period
Rental periods begin at the scheduled pickup or delivery time and end at the agreed return time.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all rented items are returned on time and in the same condition received.

3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery fees are based on distance, accessibility, setup requirements, and order size.
Someone 18 years or older must be present at delivery and pickup.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery conditions.
Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carrying distances, difficult terrain, or delayed access.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
Adhere to all instruction, bot written & verbal
Use all rental items safely and only for their intended purpose.
Follow all manufacturer safety guidelines and instructions.
Keep equipment protected from weather, theft, misuse, and damage.
Ensure adult supervision when children are present around rental equipment.
Not alter, repair, or modify rented items.

5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive cleaning costs during the rental period.
Damaged or missing items will be charged at repair or replacement value.
Equipment must be returned reasonably clean and free of debris, food, adhesives, decorations, or substances that may damage the equipment.
Additional cleaning fees may apply when items are returned excessively dirty.

6. Tool & Equipment Rentals

For tools, contractor equipment, ladders, generators, and related equipment:

Customers acknowledge they are familiar with the safe operation of rented equipment.
Proper safety equipment must be used at all times.
Equipment must not be used in any unlawful, reckless, or unsafe manner.
Fuel-powered equipment must be returned with the same fuel level provided unless otherwise stated.
Customers assume all risks associated with the operation and use of rented equipment.

7. Tents, Tables, Chairs & Event Rentals
Tents must not be moved after installation, if applicable .
Customers must notify Right Choice Rentals of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or obstacles before tent installation.
Open flames, grills, fireworks, heaters, or smoking are prohibited near tents unless approved.
Tables, chairs, linens, and décor must be protected from weather damage and theft.

8. Sound, Lighting & Electronic Equipment
Electronic equipment must be protected from rain, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
Customers are responsible for proper power supply and safe operation.
Equipment damaged by improper power usage, weather exposure, or misuse will be charged accordingly.

9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of rental and event date.
Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within a specified timeframe.
Weather-related cancellations may be handled at the discretion of Right Choice Rentals.

10. Limitation of Liability
Right Choice Rentals shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay, or incidental/consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use rented items.
Customers assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of rental equipment.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Choice Rentals from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from use of rented equipment.

11. Equipment Availability & Substitutions
In rare cases, equipment may become unavailable due to damage, prior rental extensions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Right Choice Rentals reserves the right to substitute similar equipment of equal or greater value when necessary.
12. Refusal of Service

Right Choice Rentals reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or retrieve equipment without refund if:

Equipment is being misused,
Unsafe conditions exist,
Terms are violated, or
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or taking possession of rental equipment, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
